GRAZIOSI Based in Indianapolis, he began serving as the company’s CEO on June 1, 2018. Mr. Graziosi succeeded Lawrence E. Dewey, who retired May 31, 2018, as Allison Transmission’s longest-serving executive. Under Mr. Graziosi’s leadership the company has continued to build upon a heritage of leadership in the markets it serves and in the communities where its employees live and work. Over the last year Allison Transmission’s management team has also maintained their commitment to meeting or exceeding the high standards established by their predecessors while thoughtfully evolving the organization notwithstanding rapidly changing and volatile end markets. The company, with the support of its Board of Directors, is pursuing a record number of growth and technology initiatives to foster a culture that embraces challenges, further differentiate its business and be well-positioned for the opportunities that lie ahead. Mr. Graziosi joined Allison Transmission in November 2007. Prior to June 2018, he served as President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary from January 2016 to May 2018 and as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary from November 2007 to December 2015. Before joining Allison Transmission, Mr. Graziosi’s career included domestic and international operations and restructurings, capital markets transactions, taxation, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic planning, carve-outs, and positions in public and private equity sponsored companies. He has worked in South Africa and started his career in public accounting. Mr. Graziosi is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (non-practicing). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
